In Celebration of Alaska Day
Mr. Whitekeys presents
“Hysterical Historical Alaska”
In the 157 years since the purchase of William H. Seward’s Folly, Alaska has been a laugh riot, and Mr. Whitekeys will recap the hilarious highlights at a special Alaska Day talk on Tuesday, October 15.
The history of Alaska has been full of side-splitting Sourdoughs, comical Con Men, ludicrous Lawmakers, gut-busting Grifters, and laughable Lawmen. They’ll all be joyfully remembered and saluted in honor of Alaska Day.
Mr. Whitekeys says, “It’s a Century-and-a-Half of ridiculousness, and it’s why we all love living here.”
“Hysterical Historical Alaska” will be presented on Tuesday, October 15 at 6:30 pm at Centennial Hall. This event is free to the public. We hope to see you there for a look at the Slapstick State we call home.
